Complete all modules and 2 projects within 90 days and we refund 100% of your fee automatically, to the original payment method. Lifetime access stays either way.
This is the only refund policy that applies to Beep course purchases. It applies identically to every course route on this site and to the checkout. The refund is conditional on completion. It is not an unconditional money back guarantee.
How it works
1. Enrol and start
Your 90 day window starts on the date of enrolment. You get immediate access to the full course in the LMS.
2. Complete all modules and 2 projects
Finish every module in the course and submit 2 projects inside the LMS within 90 days of enrolment. Completion is tracked automatically in your LMS progress.
3. We refund 100% automatically
Once your LMS progress shows the completion condition is met, we refund 100% of the fee you paid to the original payment method. You do not need to raise a request.
4. Lifetime access stays either way
Whether or not you complete in 90 days, your course access is permanent. A refund does not remove your access.

How long does the refund take to reach me?
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method after completion is verified. Your bank or card issuer usually settles it within 5 to 7 working days.
What if I do not complete in 90 days?
The fee is not refunded, and you keep lifetime access to the course, the projects and the certificate assessment you paid for.
Does the certificate assessment add-on get refunded?
No. The optional certificate assessment is a separate paid add-on and is not part of the completion refund.
Who do I contact about a refund?
Write to support@eventbeep.com from the email address you enrolled with and we will check your LMS completion status.
